Position: QA Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer to support the development of our international logistics web application.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to perform both manual and automated testing. Your role will be to ensure smooth and stable rollouts of new features.

As a key member of the QA team, you will contribute to improving product quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Test planning, test design, and test execution
• Coordinate rollout of new features and updates
• Handle incidents and troubleshoot bugs in production
• Improve existing development and testing processes
• Expand automated end-to-end (E2E) test suites to increase test coverage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in SaaS web applications
• Business-level Japanese and basic English skills
• Strong product mindset to understand customer needs
• Experience using browser developer tools for debugging and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer)
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Experience testing B2B SaaS or web-based ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of API testing and REST APIs
• Experience in the logistics industry
• Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript)
• Basic SQL knowledge for simple database queries
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms and data security
