Junior SAP S/4HANA Tester (Japanese Language Must)

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Tester to lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and rollout projects. The role requires strong SAP testing expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese business users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities including:
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Regression and Cutover Testing
• Performance test
• Define and execute test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Coordinate testing across multiple SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and others.
• Act as the primary testing liaison between Japanese business users, IT teams, and system integrators.
• Conduct and facilitate test workshops, defect triage meetings, and UAT sessions in Japanese.
• Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as Q-test or SAP ALM
• Track test progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues; provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore testing teams.
• Support data migration testing, interface testing, and authorization testing.
• Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP testing experienc.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
Solid understanding of SAP business processes and integrations.
Proven experience working directly with Japanese business users.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements
Japanese: Native or Business Level (JLPT N1/N2 preferred)
English: Can communicate

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Exposure to SAP test automation tools(Tosca/Neo-Load)
Experience in Japan-based SAP programs or global rollouts.
SAP S/4HANA or module-specific certifications.
