Job Summary
The Site Project Manager (Site PM) is responsible for leading and executing the project at an assigned site. This role ensures that site-level implementation is delivered within defined scope, quality, schedule, and budget, while working closely with business users and overall management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end site-level project execution
- Ensure compliance with defined scope, QCD requirements
- Lead all project phases at the site, starting from the Explorer Phase
- Act as the primary coordination point between the site and overall management
- Collaborate closely with Business User Teams to support change and adoption
- Identify site-specific risks and issues and drive timely resolution
- Ensure implementation activities are executed efficiently and as planned
- Report site status, issues, and progress to Overall Management
Required Skills & Experience
- Project management experience, preferably in enterprise system implementations
- Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP-related projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Japanese language proficiency (no communication issues)
- High ownership, proactive attitude, and self-driven mindset
- Ability to work on-site and engage closely with factory / site users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, finance, or quality systems
- Prior site PM or on-site project leadership experience
- Familiarity with large-scale, multi-site rollout programs
