We are seeking a highly skilledSalesforceTech Lead with proficiency in Japanese to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inSalesforcedevelopment and a deep understanding of best practices in the industry. This role requires excellent communication skills in Japanese to effectively participate in meetings and explain conversations to the team.

Experience required: 4+ years

Hiring Type: 1 year FTE

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Budget: upto 12 Mil JPY/Annually

JLPT: N3 and above

Key Responsibilities:

  • Language Proficiency:Communicate and participate in meetings in Japanese, and explain Japanese conversations to the team.
  • Code Review:Conduct code reviews and create proper solutions based onSalesforcebest practices.
  • Programming Languages:Demonstrate proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Data Modeling:UnderstandSalesforcedata structures and database design.
  • APIs and Integration:Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft.
  • Test Case Review:Review test cases to ensure quality and understanding of the test plan.
  • DevOps and CI/CD:Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • Low-code Automation:UtilizeSalesforce's low-code tools for automation.
  • Design Patterns: Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Security: Under standSales for cesecurity features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales forceTech Lead or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and best practices.
  • Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data structures and database design.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft.
  • Ability to review test cases and ensure quality.
